Ку́нрад Элст — бельгийский востоковед, индолог, писатель и публицист. Наряду с Франсуа Готье, Эльст является одним из немногих западных авторов, активно защищающих идеи индуистского национализма. В частности, Эльст выступал в поддержку Теории исхода из Индии.

С 1992 по 1995 год Эльст был редактором фламандского националистического журнала «новых правых» «Teksten, Kommentaren en Studies», в котором выступал с критикой ислама. В разное время, он был также редактором ряда консервативных и фламандских сепаратистских изданий, таких как «Nucleus», «'t Pallieterke», «Secessie» и «The Brussels Journal».
