Ответ великого французского скульптора Огюста Родена на вопрос одного из своих учеников, в чем, собственно, состоит искусство скульптора. Возможно, Роден просто повторил слова одного из древних ваятелей, поскольку похожие по смыслу выражения встречаются у Дионисия Ареопагита и Микеланджело.
